Volunteer
Anyone can give their time and volunteer for Prardhana's activites.
Volunteering in schools
All the schools supported by the Trust have very less funds at their disposal and cannot afford to buy proper teaching learning material. They do not encourage any extra curricular activities. We therefore encourage volunteers to take up extracurricular activities which include art, craft, computers, games and library/ storytelling, music, dance, spoken English, etc.
Volunteering need not be from school. Volunteers can work from home too…. We have volunteers helping us make low cost games and activities, also some of them help with students workbooks (which are prepared in-house).
Contribute
Contributions can be in any form. Prardhana accepts all donations like clothes, books, stationery, bedsheets, footwear, bags , etc. These are distributed in slums and in schools. Cheques are also accepted .
